Pay through the 9pay gateway (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, e-wallet or QR) or by bank transfer to Techcombank. All prices are charged in VND. The 9pay surcharge of 3.5% + 5,500 VND is shown with a consent checkbox before you pay.

It depends on the tour type. Day tours refund 100% if cancelled 48 hours or more before departure, 50% between 24–48 hours, and nothing within 24 hours. Multi-day tours refund 100% at 7 days or more, 70% at 3–7 days and 50% at 24–72 hours. International outbound tours are stricter: at most 70%, and nothing within 10 days. The exact policy is shown on each tour page.

A booking code plus a PDF voucher with a QR code, sent to your email and Zalo. Show the QR code on the day of the tour.

The listed price includes all standard fees. Optional extras such as insurance or hotel pickup are priced separately on the tour page, and the 9pay surcharge is shown before payment.
