Overview
Ninh Thuận is the driest province in Vietnam, and that climate is exactly what produces two things you will not find elsewhere: the heavy-laden vineyards of Thái An and the sheep fields of An Hoà, spread across sandy ground. Add Hang Rái — an ancient coral rock shelf where the waves break upward like a waterfall — and you have a destination unlike anywhere else on the central coast.
This 3-day 2-night programme leaves from Nha Trang and follows the coast road down into Ninh Thuận, takes you right into the vineyard to cut your own grapes and taste the wine, and closes with the Cham heritage of Po Klong Garai and the Bàu Trúc pottery village.
The Thái An vineyards crop in cycles all year round; the sweetest fruit and the best-looking vines are usually between April and August.

DAY 1: CAM RANH AIRPORT PICKUP – NHA TRANG (Lunch, dinner)
Morning: Your Go365 guide and vehicle meet you at Cam Ranh airport (or the Nha Trang station / bus station) and drive into the city centre.
Midday: Lunch, hotel check-in and time to rest.
Afternoon: Visit the Ponagar Cham Towers and Hòn Chồng, with free time to swim at Trần Phú beach.
Evening: Dinner and free time along the Nha Trang seafront.
DAY 2: VĨNH HY – HANG RÁI – THÁI AN VINEYARDS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
07:30: Breakfast, then the drive down to Ninh Thuận along the coast road.
09:30: Stop at the Vĩnh Hy Bay viewpoint for photographs of the pass that clings to the cliffs above the sea.
10:30: Visit Hang Rái, the ancient coral shelf with its layered rock; with the right tide you will see the surf rebound back over the stone.
Midday: Lunch at a restaurant by the sea.
Afternoon: Into the Thái An vineyards. Cut your own grapes, take photographs under the vines, and taste the fresh fruit along with the grape syrup and wine the growers make themselves. Then on to the An Hoà sheep fields, timed for the hour the flock comes home.
Evening: On to Phan Rang, hotel check-in and dinner. Overnight in Ninh Thuận.
DAY 3: PO KLONG GARAI – BÀU TRÚC – NHA TRANG (Breakfast, lunch)
Morning: Breakfast and check-out, then the Po Klong Garai Cham towers on Trầu hill — a 13th-century group that has survived almost intact.
10:00: A stop at Bàu Trúc pottery village to watch Cham artisans shape pots by hand without a wheel, and to buy a piece to take home.
Midday: Lunch, then the drive back to Nha Trang.
Afternoon: Arrival in Nha Trang, where your guide sees you off at your hotel or at Cam Ranh airport. End of tour.
Note: the yield and ripeness of the grapes change from one harvest cycle to the next. If Thái An is between crops, Go365 switches to another grower nearby with ripe fruit so that you still get to pick.
