Is tier based on number of orders or spend?
Based on total VND lifetime spend (sum of all Paid orders). The system tiers you up automatically after each Paid order.
Can my tier go down?
No — tier uses lifetime spend, so once you reach it you keep it. Individual points still expire after 12 months.
How much do I need to reach Silver?
Lifetime spend ≥ 5,000,000₫. Could be one 5M tour or 20 bus tickets at 250k each — anything that adds up.
Can I use the 100 welcome points?
Yes — but on orders 1,000,000₫ and above (10% cap = max 100k off). Welcome saves 10k on a 1M order — a small gift.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
No — points are tied to your account and not transferable. But you can book for family (using your points) — just fill in the traveler details at checkout.
Can I earn points booking as a guest?
