1. Displayed Price = Payment Price (No Hidden Fees)

• The price on the product page already includes the tour, ticket, VAT (if applicable) — only payment gateway fee (see point 2) is added if you choose 9pay, displayed clearly BEFORE confirmation.
• No "service charge", "currency", or "booking fee" charged after price is locked.
• Any promotion calculated via coupon code or auto-discount — shown on confirmation page.

2. Secure Payment via 9Pay (PCI-DSS)

• 9Pay is PCI-DSS certified — Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Domestic ATM / 9Pay QR.
• Payment fee: 3.5% + 5,500₫ (includes VAT, per 9Pay's official rates).
• UI has a checkbox "I agree to pay the fee" — not auto-enabled.
• Refund to original account within 7-15 business days (depends on your bank — see details at Refund Policy).

3. Cashback (Reward Points) — Automatic, No Request Needed

• 1 point = 100₫ discount on next order (max 10% of order value).
• Points valid for 12 months under FIFO rule (oldest used first).
• Auto-credited once order becomes Paid/Completed.

4. Tour Review = Earn More Points

• 30 points for review with photos/video.
• +20 points if review is detailed (≥120 characters).
• Auto-credited 7 days after tour completion — no approval needed.

5. Refer a Friend — Win-Win

• You get: 12% commission on the margin (profit) of every order your referred friend books within 12 months from their sign-up date.
• Friend gets: 5% off first order × your tier multiplier, capped at 50,000₫/70,000₫/100,000₫/150,000₫ for Member/Silver/Gold/Diamond respectively. Minimum first order: 200,000₫.
• Commission moves from "pending" → "received" after 7 days (prevents refund fraud).
• Referral link valid for 30 days from when your friend clicks it.

6. Change / Cancel / Refund

• Each product has its own policy, clearly shown on product detail page before you book.
• Day tours: typically free cancellation up to 48-72 hours before.
• Multi-day tours / DMC: follow partner terms — always displayed first.
• eSIM: no refund after QR activation (per carrier policy).
• Limousine tickets: per coach company policy — shown before payment.

7. Complaints — Response Commitment

• First response within 24 hours from complaint receipt (via email/Zalo/hotline).
• Products labeled "Operated by Go365 VietNam" → Go365 VietNam handles directly.
• Products labeled "Partnership" → Go365 VietNam mediates and supports partner coordination.
• If unresolved, Go365 VietNam refunds 100% of unrealized tour cost per Refund Policy (7-15 business days, varies by bank).

8. Personal Data (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP)

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond service partners (hotels, coaches, etc.) necessary to fulfill your booking.
• Right to view / edit / delete your data — email ad@go365.vn, processed within 7 days.
• Data encrypted at rest + in transit; we never log passwords/CVV.
