Documents to prepare

Send them to your account manager by email or messaging app; we will guide you on anything missing.

1. Business registration certificate and any sector licences: travel business licence, transport permits, etc.
2. Net rate sheet per service, broken down by season and public holidays where rates differ.
3. Booking, cancellation and change policy — notice periods, penalties, child rules.
4. Service descriptions and original photos — itinerary, pick-up and drop-off points, vehicle type or room category, inclusions and exclusions.
5. Reservation contact point — name, phone and email, in and out of office hours.
6. Payment and invoicing details — company bank account, tax code, preferred reconciliation cycle.
