1. Information Go365 VietNam collects
- Contact information: name, phone number, email, address.
- Booking information: ID/passport/travel document (only for international tours or hotel check-in), fellow traveler details.
- Payment information: via 9pay gateway — Go365 VietNam does NOT store card numbers.
- Cookie & behavior: for website personalization and effectiveness measurement (see section 6).
- AI chatbot chat history: saved for quality improvement — see AI Policy.
2. Purpose of use
- Process orders, send confirmations via email/Zalo/SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram.
- 24/7 customer support (Q&A, changes, cancellations) — including AI chatbot and staff.
- Send promotional information (only if you agree — you can unsubscribe anytime via the Unsubscribe button).
- Analyze behavior to improve products (AI-assisted analysis — does not make final decisions).
3. Third-party sharing
Go365 VietNam only shares data when necessary to complete the service you booked:
- Product partnership operators (tour operators, hotels, bus companies) — to confirm bookings and provide trip support.
- 9pay payment gateway to process transactions.
- eSIM provider to activate phone numbers.
- Third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to run recommendations/chatbot — only sharing necessary data, excluding ID/passport/card numbers.
- Government agencies when legally required.
Go365 VietNam does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial AI model training.
4. Your rights
- Access, edit personal information at Account page.
- Request data deletion (except records required to keep by accounting law for 10 years) — see Data deletion policy.
- Withdraw consent to receive promotions via the Unsubscribe link in each email.
- Change cookie preferences via the "🍪 Manage cookies" button at the page footer.
- Request staff support instead of AI chatbot (see AI Policy).
- File a complaint at ad@go365.vn or hotline.
5. Technical security
- All connections via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords hashed with PBKDF2 + individual salt per account, not stored as plaintext.
- Daily database backup, admin access via strict RBAC permissions.
- Customer IP hashed irreversibly before log storage.
6. Cookie Policy
6.1. What is a cookie? Small text files that a website stores in your browser to save info like login, language, preferences. Go365 VietNam uses cookies to operate the website, remember preferences and (if you agree) measure effectiveness.
6.2. Essential cookies — always on, needed for the website to work. No consent required per Decree 13/2023 article 13.

6.3. Analytics cookies — only active when you select "Accept all" on the banner. You can change your mind anytime via the "🍪 Manage cookies" button at page footer.
Currently Go365 VietNam has not installed any third-party analytics tools. If we integrate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar in the future, the list will be updated here and you will be asked again for consent.
6.4. Third-party cookies during payment & login
- When you switch to 9pay for payment, 9pay sets their session cookie. Please see 9pay's privacy policy.
- When logging in via Facebook / Google / Zalo / Telegram, those providers have their own cookie policies.
6.5. How do you control cookies?
- Consent banner: When you first visit go365.vn, you see a banner at bottom right — select "Essential only" if you don't want analytics cookies.
- Manage cookies: Click the "🍪 Manage cookies" button at the page footer to reopen the banner and change your choice.
- Browser: Delete all cookies via Settings in Chrome / Firefox / Safari. Note: deleting essential cookies will log you out.
6.6. How we keep your choice
When you click "Accept all" or "Essential only", Go365 VietNam logs one record including: choice, display language, hashed IP (irreversible from original IP), shortened browser, and time. The only purpose is legal audit — not for ads, not sold to third parties.
