Go365 VietNam Service Terms of Use

1. Scope of Application
Go365 VietNam (website go365.vn, Go365 VietNam fanpage, Zalo OA) is a platform for booking tours, bus tickets, and travel eSIMs. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below.
2. User Account
- You must provide your full name, phone number, and email address accurately when placing an order.
- Your account is for personal use only; reselling access rights is strictly prohibited.
- Go365 VietNam reserves the right to suspend your account if we detect fraud, fake bookings, or discount code abuse.
3. Booking and Payment
- Your order is confirmed when Go365 VietNam receives full payment (or deposit for certain tours).
- Payment methods: 9Pay, bank transfer, e-wallet.
- Quoted prices include VAT (if you need a separate invoice, please request it before payment).
4. Cancellation and Refund
Subject to our Refund Policy. Some tours have specific terms listed on the product page.
5. Responsibility Model
Go365 VietNam distributes two product categories with different responsibility models — please review the product page carefully before booking:
Tours and services marked "Operated by Go365 VietNam" are our own products. Go365 VietNam bears direct responsibility for service quality, itinerary, safety, and handling all issues. Contact Go365 VietNam hotline/email for support.
Remaining products are operated by partner providers. Go365 VietNam acts as a distribution agent — assisting with booking, payment, and liaison. Any service quality issues will be handled directly with the operating partner. Go365 VietNam is ready to help connect you when needed.
In case of force majeure (weather, disease, travel bans, etc.), postponement or refund policies follow the operator's terms.
6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation
Go365 VietNam uses AI to suggest tours, assist with search, generate tour descriptions, and power customer support chatbots. When using our services, please note:
- AI may provide incorrect answers — official information is always from the product page and order confirmation email, not chatbot responses.
- Every decision regarding booking, payment, refunds, and complaints is reviewed by humans; AI only assists with inquiry/suggestions.
- You have the right to request human support at any time — tap "contact agent" in the chat or call our hotline.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Logos, images, and tour descriptions on go365.vn belong to Go365 VietNam or our partners. Copying or sharing without permission is prohibited. Customers may not use Go365 VietNam content (including AI-generated content) for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Reviews & user-submitted content
Customers may post reviews, comments and photos about products/services they have used. By posting, you agree that:
- The content reflects your own genuine experience; it is not false, defamatory, offensive or discriminatory.
- It does not violate the law or public morals; no advertising, spam or external links.
- It contains no personal information of others and does not infringe any third party's copyright/intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the content you post and grant Go365 VietNam a free, non-exclusive licence to use it (display, edit for length/spelling, use for promotion) in connection with the relevant product. Go365 VietNam may refuse or remove infringing content without prior notice and is not responsible for content posted by customers. Report violations: ad@go365.vn.
9. Complaints & dispute resolution

- We commit to a first response within 24 hours of receiving a complaint.
- Process: receive → verify → respond with a resolution. Products labelled "Operated by Go365 VietNam" are handled directly by Go365 VietNam; products labelled "Partnership" are handled by Go365 VietNam as an intermediary working with the partner.
- Both parties prioritise good-faith negotiation and conciliation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under the laws of Vietnam by the competent court/authority. Customers may also report to the consumer-protection authority (National Competition Committee / provincial Department of Industry and Trade).
