Overview
The Dương Cầm Waterfall – Động Châu – Khe Nước Trong trip is a one-day adventure for anyone who loves nature and wants to test their own limits. You will cross stretches of primary forest in the Trường Sơn range, trek along the stream and tackle plenty of wild terrain along the way.
The highlight is abseiling down the 100m-high Dương Cầm waterfall, combined with exploring the majestic, almost untouched beauty of the Động Châu – Khe Nước Trong Nature Reserve. A day in the forest, past your own limits, with memories worth keeping.

DƯƠNG CẦM WATERFALL TREKKING ITINERARY – ĐỘNG CHÂU – KHE NƯỚC TRONG
MORNING:
08:00: The vehicle and guide pick you up at the meeting point. The group sets off to explore nature and take on the challenge.
08:30 – 10:00:
=> Along the way you will see villages of the Bru – Vân Kiều people => arriving at the Động Châu – Khe Nước Trong Nature Reserve.
10:00 – 10:45:
=> Trek preparation – The guide runs through the safety rules, introduces the equipment and explains the route. You check your gear and get ready for the challenge.
10:45 – 11:00:
=> Move to the starting point, say goodbye to phone signal and comforts and begin the journey back to nature, testing yourself in the primary forest.
11:00 – 12:00:
=> Trekking in the primary forest – Cross old-growth forest on slopes of 50 – 70 degrees with an elevation change of up to 400m.
MIDDAY:
12:00 – 13:00: Picnic lunch beside the stream – Enjoy lunch amid the cool green of the primary forest and breathe the fresh air.
AFTERNOON:
13:00 – 14:30:
=> Trekking along the stream – Move with the cool current, conquer moderate falls and gradually get used to the abseiling technique.
14:30 – 16:00:
=> Conquer Dương Cầm Waterfall – take on the challenge of abseiling the 100m falls, a genuinely adventurous experience in untouched nature.
=> After the waterfall you cross about 300m of forest to return to the Hồ Chí Minh Road.
END OF TOUR
16:00: The group heads back to Đồng Hới. Goodbye and see you again!
Notes and restrictions:
- The programme is only for guests over 16 and under 55 years old.
- Guests showing signs of intoxication or under the influence of stimulants will not be served. In such cases no refund is given.
- The tour is not suitable for anyone with a history of heart disease or high blood pressure.
- Pets are not allowed.
- This activity does not accommodate strollers or wheelchairs.
- The itinerary may change according to weather conditions to ensure safety.
