17:30 | Gathering & Departure
Guests gather at our office (15A Phan Boi Chau). Here, the guide and local driver team will welcome you, hand out high-quality helmets and give a brief safety briefing before setting off.
17:50 | Stop 1: Cat Quang Binh Tea & Coffee – Cactus Tea Tasting
The group sets off from the office to Cat Quang Binh. Kick off the culinary journey by cooling your palate with the one-of-a-kind Cactus Tea (or choose another drink from the menu). This specialty drink is made from cactus growing right on the white sand dunes of Quang Binh. The tea has a naturally refreshing, slightly tangy flavor — a folk remedy rich in antioxidants that cools you down very effectively.
Here, the guide will also introduce the distinctive food culture and simple lifestyle of Dong Hoi's people.
18:10 | Stop 2: Grilled Rice Paper & Sweet-and-Sour Fruit
The group moves to 02 Duong Van An. You will enjoy hot, crispy grilled rice paper (dubbed the Vietnamese-style pizza) paired with appetizing sweet-and-sour ambarella or mango. Soak up the lively atmosphere and learn about the street-snack culture of local youth, especially the unique charm of the banh mi carts and sidewalk stalls.
