Data Deletion Policy

In accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection · Complying with Facebook data deletion requests · Updated: 24/05/2026

1. Your Rights

You have the right to request that Go365 VietNam delete all your personal data (full name, email, phone number, address, booking history, ID card photo if any) at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1 — Self-delete from account (coming soon):

• Log in → /account → Settings → Delete Account
• Confirm via email OTP
• Account will be deactivated immediately, data deleted after 30 days

Method 2 — Send Email:

• Email ad@go365.vn with subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Provide: registered email/phone + reason (optional)
• Go365 VietNam verifies identity within 7 days, completes deletion within 30 days

Method 3 — Facebook Login:

• Go to Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook → find "Go365 VietNam Official" → Remove
• Facebook automatically sends data deletion signal to Go365 VietNam; we process within 30 days

3. Data to be Deleted

• Name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile picture
• Login history, IP, device
• Wishlist, vouchers, loyalty points
• AI/Zalo/Messenger chat content

4. Data Go365 VietNam MUST Retain (by law)

Under Accounting Law 2015 + Decree 119/2018 and Tourism Law, Go365 VietNam must retain certain data for a minimum of 5 years:

• Issued VAT invoices, transaction records
• Completed booking information (order code, travel date, tour) — names/emails anonymized
• Payment transactions via 9pay (requirement from state bank)
• Data necessary for ongoing insurance/legal claims

After 5 years, this data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

• Information Security Department (Ministry of IT & Telecommunications) — ais.gov.vn
• Email Go365 VietNam's Data Protection Officer (DPO): ad@go365.vn
