TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 🔹 Cancelling 48 hours or more before departure 100% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling within 48 hours of departure 50% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling within 24 hours of departure, or not showing up at the pick-up point No refund applies. 🔹 Refund processing time Refunds are expected to take 07 – 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

✈️ Airport pick-up / drop-off policy: We track flight times so we can assist when a flight is delayed. Free waiting time: Domestic: 60 minutes. International: 90 minutes. Beyond the free waiting time, waiting fees apply as per our rules.

👶 Child policy 0–1 m: Free of charge (no separate seat). 1 m – 1 m 3: 75% of the adult price. From 1 m 3: Charged as an adult.

🚐✨ PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POLICY (TOUR) 📍 1. Coverage Applies to guests staying within the city centre area. Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point. ⏰ 2. Pick-up time Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance. The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time. 📌 3. Pick-up point Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point. If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed. 🏁 4. Drop-off Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area. A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location. ⚠️ 5. Important notes Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable. Timings may change due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

🔹 Đây là vé điện tử, không hỗ trợ hoàn tiền, hủy hoặc thay đổi thông tin đặt vé. 🔹 Đối với vé hỗ trợ hủy, Quý Khách vui lòng hủy vé trong vòng 24 giờ trước giờ khởi hành. 🔹 Nếu sau 24 giờ, vé không thể hủy, thay đổi hoặc hoàn tiền. 🔹 Thời gian hoàn tiền dự kiến từ 07 – 14 ngày làm việc (không bao gồm thứ Bảy, Chủ nhật và các ngày lễ, Tết).
