TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 🔹 Cancelling 48 hours or more before departure 100% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling between 24 and 48 hours before departure 50% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling within 24 hours of departure, or not showing up at the pick-up point No refund applies. 🔹 Refund processing time Refunds are expected to take 07 – 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

👶 Child policy Under 1 m: free of charge, eats and sleeps with the parents. From 1 m to 1.39 m: child rate — sleeps with the parents, with an own meal and an own entrance ticket. From 1.4 m: charged as an adult.

🚐✨ PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POLICY (TOUR) 📍 1. Coverage Applies to guests staying within the city centre area. Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point. ⏰ 2. Pick-up time Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance. The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time. 📌 3. Pick-up point Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point. If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed. 🏁 4. Drop-off Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area. A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location. ⚠️ 5. Important notes Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable. Timings may change due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

🌍 Policy for foreign guests 💰 Service fee: 700,000 VND / group / day 📌 The fee applies to one group for one day, regardless of the number of guests in the group.
