Overview
The Bảy Mẫu coconut forest in Cẩm Thanh commune lies about 5 km from Hoi An old town — dozens of hectares of water coconut palms threaded with creeks, and once a resistance base for the local people.
Go365 takes you there for the morning: a round basket boat weaving between the palms, fishermen spinning their boats and casting nets, a country lunch by the river and back in Da Nang in the early afternoon.

Itinerary
07:30 – 08:30: The car and guide collect you at your hotel and the group drives towards Hoi An, to the Bảy Mẫu coconut forest eco-site.
09:00: Into the basket boats, each with a local rower. The boat slips into the narrow creeks among the water coconuts while the rower tells you about the village and about the forest in wartime.
09:45: Watch the basket-spinning display on the water and the fishermen casting their nets — the two set pieces of the Cồn Nhàn fishing village.
10:30: Back at the eco-site: fish at leisure, weave coconut leaves or wander round taking photos.
12:00: Lunch at the restaurant on site, with time to rest.
13:00: Board the car for Da Nang.
14:00: Arrive at the original pickup point. End of the trip.
