Overview
Cù Lao Chàm lies about 15 km off the Hoi An coast — an island cluster recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. The water is clear enough to see the bottom, and below it live more than 135 species of coral.
Go365 gives you the whole day: a car from your hotel in Da Nang, a speedboat from Cửa Đại port, a morning at the old Champa well and Hải Tạng pagoda, then into the water to snorkel over the coral at Bãi Ông before a seafood lunch on the island.

Itinerary
07:30 – 08:30: The car and guide collect you at your hotel and the group drives to Cửa Đại port in Hoi An to board the speedboat.
09:45: The boat docks at Cù Lao Chàm. Your guide takes the group to the old Champa well at Xóm Cấm — a national monument since 2006 — to Hải Tạng pagoda with one of the oldest bells in Vietnam, and to the islanders' seafood market.
11:00: Arrive at Bãi Ông. Leave your things, change, then into the water to swim and snorkel over the coral. Scuba diving, sea walking and glass-bottom boats are priced separately and paid on the spot.
12:00: Seafood lunch on the island and a rest. The remaining time is yours to swim, climb or wander along the beach.
14:00: Board the boat back to Cửa Đại port, with about 30 minutes for souvenirs and a cold drink.
15:30: Dock at Cửa Đại; the car returns you to the original pickup point. End of the trip.
