Multi-day tours refund 100% at 7 days or more, 70% at 3–7 days and 50% at 24–72 hours. International outbound tours are stricter: at most 70%, and nothing within 10 days. The exact policy is shown on each tour page.

What do I receive after booking?

A booking code plus a PDF voucher with a QR code, sent to your email and Zalo. Show the QR code on the day of the tour.

Is the listed price the final price?

The listed price includes all standard fees. Optional extras such as insurance or hotel pickup are priced separately on the tour page, and the 9pay surcharge is shown before payment.
