The bus company staff contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm we would make it to the bus, and they even offered to call a Grab for us, which was very thoughtful. The bus station staff spoke English, so checking in was smooth. I recommend sleeping on the top bunk; although it's a bit bumpier, the bottom bunk is directly at eye level with the aisle, which I personally would find bothersome.

How to travel from Nha Trang to Sài Gòn?

Nha Trang is about 430 km from Ho Chi Minh City via National Highway 1A. Since the Vĩnh Hảo – Phan Thiết and Phan Thiết – Dầu Giây expressways opened, coaches take 8–10 hours instead of the previous 11–12 hours. This is a long route, so almost all passengers choose overnight buses to sleep through the journey and arrive with a full day ahead in Sài Gòn.
