It feels like we arrive quickly when you lie down and sleep at night. Upon arrival, you can go to Nha Trang beach to watch the sunrise. You might find it a bit narrow horizontally. You have to take off your shoes to get on, so there's a slightly musty smell. You can also charge with USB 3.0. In the middle, around Mui Ne, they stop and say "tolle tolle," which means to go to the restroom.

This was an incredibly outrageous and terrible experience! I initially booked a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang for 8 AM. The staff contacted me, saying I could only change it to 5:30 AM or 11 AM, so I had to switch to 5:30 AM. When I arrived at the pick-up point at 5 AM, there was no one there. Suddenly, a man appeared, speaking Vietnamese, and told me to get on his motorcycle. I thought the pick-up point had changed, so I got on his motorcycle. It turned out he took me to another Futa Bus location and charged me 100,000 Vietnamese Dong. At this point, the staff finally replied to me, saying they had received a last-minute notification that the pick-up point had changed. I then had to immediately take a taxi to another pick-up point and finally made it onto the bus. It was truly awful!!!

It was a comfortable bus trip. The bus was clean, with completely private compartments, and there was a restroom, as well as complimentary water and snacks. I slept well on the overnight bus and was able to start my activities the next morning.

The pickup location was different from what was on the voucher. I was alone and don't speak English well, so I was sweating from the start. The bus takes 9 hours even without traffic...Google Maps said it would be four and a half hours. They dropped off and picked up people more than ten times, so they went on a lot of small roads. What was most disconcerting was that I thought the drop-off location was Coopmart, but they stopped way before that in a remote neighborhood and told me to get off, saying we were there. Luckily, I was able to take a Grab from there. I didn't want to be wandering around at night or early morning and waiting, so I took the 11 AM bus, but I arrived in a remote location at 8 PM.
