Your Rooty Trip vehicle and guide will pick you up at your hotel or the nearest agreed meeting point, then head to North Phu Quoc.

Grand World Phu Quoc

Continue to Grand World Phu Quoc – the famous "city that never sleeps" in North Phu Quoc.
Snap photos at the iconic Bamboo Legend landmark.
Wander freely through shopping streets, scenic areas, and top photo spots.
Visit the Vietnam Quintessence zone (entrance ticket not included).
Enjoy dinner as part of the program.

Important Notes

The tour officially wraps up at 20:00.
Your vehicle will collect guests and transfer them back to their hotel at this time.
Guests who wish to stay for the Colors of Venice show or continue exploring Grand World at night are welcome to do so after the tour ends.
Any transport and costs for returning to your hotel after the show are at your own expense.

TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 🔹 Cancelling 48 hours or more before departure 100% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling within 48 hours of departure 50% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Cancelling within 24 hours of departure, or not showing up at the pick-up point No refund applies. 🔹 Refund processing time Refunds are expected to take 07 – 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

There is no separate service package by age (adult / infant). 👶👨‍🦱 Children Children are charged as adults when using the Fast Track service. ✈️ Airport pick-up / drop-off policy: We track flight times so we can assist when a flight is delayed. Free waiting time: Domestic: 60 minutes. International: 90 minutes. Beyond the free waiting time, waiting fees apply as per our rules.

👶 Child policy 0–1 m: Free of charge (no separate seat). 1 m – 1 m 3: 75% of the adult price. From 1 m 3: Charged as an adult.

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POLICY (TOUR)

🚐✨ PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POLICY (TOUR) 📍 1. Coverage Applies to guests staying within the city centre area. Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point. ⏰ 2. Pick-up time Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance. The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time. 📌 3. Pick-up point Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point. If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed. 🏁 4. Drop-off Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area. A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location. ⚠️ 5. Important notes Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable. Timings may change due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
