The Phu Quoc Night Squid Fishing Tour offers a distinctive experience: watching the sunset at sea, dropping a line for squid alongside the fishermen and enjoying fresh seafood cooked right on board.
You will savour the thrill of night squid fishing, the glittering lights of the fishing boats and the squid you have just caught — an unforgettable night on the waters of Pearl Island.

Detailed Itinerary
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Hotel or port pickup, transfer to harbor.
- 6:00 PM: Board the boat and set sail to enjoy the sunset over Phu Quoc waters.
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Experience squid fishing with local fishermen. Learn fishing techniques and hand-catch fresh, glistening squid from the sea.
- 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Enjoy grilled or boiled fresh squid aboard the boat, with light snacks and tropical fruits.
- 9:00 PM: End of tour, return to harbor and transfer back to hotel.
Note: Itinerary may change based on weather conditions to ensure the best experience.

📍 1. Coverage
Applies to guests staying within the city centre area.
Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point.

Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance.
The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time.

Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point.
If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed.

Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area.
A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location.

Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable.

FAQ
What time does the tour run?
From 16:00 to 21:00. Pickup is between 16:00 and 17:30, the boat leaves at 18:00 and returns to port at 21:00.
Where is pickup?
Free pickup at your hotel or the pier, including the Vinpearl and Ông Lang areas. Guests staying outside the central area pay for transfers separately.
I have never squid-fished before. Can I still join?
Yes. Local fishermen show you the technique, and rods and bait are already on board.
What happens to the squid we catch?
Your fresh squid is cooked on board, grilled or boiled, and served with hot squid congee and seasonal fruit.
When do we actually fish?
From 18:30 to 20:00, after the boat has headed out for the sunset.
What does the tour price include?
The night squid-fishing boat, a guide and the tackle including rods and bait, the fresh squid cooked on the spot, bottled water, fruit for dessert and travel insurance.
What happens in bad weather?
The itinerary may change according to conditions, to keep guests safe.
