1. What does Go365 VietNam use AI for?

🔍 Tour Recommendations & Search

AI analyzes your search history and preferences to recommend tours and suitable destinations. You can turn off personalization in your Account settings.

✏️ Generate Descriptive Content

Tour descriptions, blogs, and slogans may be AI-assisted and drafted under Content team supervision. All content is reviewed by humans before publication.

💬 Customer Support / Chatbot

When you message our fanpage / Zalo OA, AI can answer simple questions (departure times, room rates, discount codes…). Complex questions or complaints will be transferred to a real staff member during business hours.

📊 Internal Data Analysis

Forecasting demand, identifying issues, measuring service quality. AI does not make final decisions — it only supports human decision-making.

2. What AI DOES NOT do…

  • ❌ Automatically reject orders or cancel bookings.
  • ❌ Automatically decide on refunds — Finance always reviews.
  • ❌ Rate customer creditworthiness / extend credit.
  • ❌ Discriminate based on gender, religion, or ethnicity.

3. Your Rights

  • Request to speak with a real person: Click "speak to staff" anytime — a sales representative will join within 5 minutes during business hours.
  • Request explanation of a decision: If an AI recommendation or result disappoints you, call +84 789 900 077.
  • Request deletion of personal AI history: Email ad@go365.vn.
  • Turn off personalization: Go to Account → Settings.

4. Does AI learn from your information?

  • Go365 VietNam's AI model uses primarily third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — Go365 VietNam does not send sensitive personal data to these models.
  • Chatbot conversation history may be stored to improve quality — you have the right to request deletion under our Privacy Policy.
  • Go365 VietNam DOES NOT sell data to commercial AI training providers.

5. AI-Generated Content Can Be Inaccurate

AI can "hallucinate" — provide false information. For important content (prices, itineraries, policies…), please verify with the official product page or call our hotline to confirm. In any dispute, information on the product page and order confirmation email are authoritative — not chatbot responses.

6. Responsibility by Product Type

Go365 VietNam is responsible for AI recommendation results. Issues → contact Go365 VietNam directly.

🤝 Partnership Products

AI helps with search/booking. After order confirmation, service quality is ensured by the partner — Go365 VietNam facilitates the connection.

7. Policy Updates

When Go365 VietNam deploys new AI features (e.g., review summaries, automatic translation, AI Concierge), this policy will be updated and emailed to registered account holders.
