OPERATOR'S TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 🔹 Cancelled 48 hours or more before departure — 100% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before departure — 50% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled within 24 hours of departure, or no-show at the pickup point — no refund. 🔹 Refund processing time — an estimated 07–14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays/Tết).

Waiting area was dirty, only two chairs, no aircon, no water, being supervised by a small boy.Driver was rude and pushed me out of the way at one point!! When we got to Nha Trang the driver banged on frames of pods, shouted at us so we all got left dazed at the roadside not knowing for sure where we were. I complained to bus company and had no response. I do not recommend.

Long journey — what to prepare for the night on the bus

11–12 hours is one of the longest routes in the Central region. You should have dinner before boarding, and bring water, a light jacket, and an eye mask. The bus makes 2 rest stops along the way. The section over đèo Cù Mông and đèo Cả has many curves; those prone to motion sickness should take a lower bunk and take medication before departure.
