The operator may refuse carriage, with no ticket refund, if the baggage and suitcase rules are breached. 🔹 No pets on board (if you must travel with one, please notify our operations team in advance so we can check and assist).

Cancellation & refund policy

OPERATOR'S TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 🔹 Cancelled 48 hours or more before departure — 100% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before departure — 50% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled within 24 hours of departure, or no-show at the pickup point — no refund. 🔹 Refund processing time — an estimated 07–14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays/Tết).

Eligibility The shuttle service applies only to bookings of 02 passengers or more. The shuttle service does not apply on public holidays and Tết, or in force-majeure situations such as traffic congestion, bad weather, natural disasters, road incidents or other objective factors affecting the operator's schedule. 🚐 2. Confirming pick-up / drop-off details For tickets that include free pick-up/drop-off within the supported area, our operations staff will contact you up to 02 times before the departure date to confirm the pick-up location and time. Just so you know, first ones in the van go directly to the back seats. There is some kind of oak cup holder tray or oak design on the back of all the seats but because of it, the rear seats have significantly less leg room that the other seats. We selected this van because my husband is 6feet tall and we wanted to ensure he had enough leg room for the journey. We were person 3 and 4 in the van so technically only one of us should have sat at the very back, but the driver told us both to sit in the back. We tried but when we realized his knees pressed too much against the seats in front of us, we tried to show the driver he was too big. The driver demanded we sit in those seats. Im 5'7 and my knees were pressed against the seat as well. But I could sway my legs and make it work. The driver called someone and was talking rudely about us saying we were causing trouble. We weren't, just trying to explain. (We had our Google translate on the entire time he was on the phone). We ended up switching seats and my husband sat in the center seat on the back row and I just shifted my legs to make it work. The two ladies that got on first were significantly shorter than us and just common sense would have been better placement. The drive itself was fine and he did great as far as safety. It also was a bit warm in the van most the ride. Im not sure id book this particular company again though. The picture shows my legs pressed against the wood design and my husband beside me who is MUCH taller than me. Had we not had to take a flight out of Nha Tran that evening, we would have gotten out the van and paid for a private shuttle.

Door-to-door pickup for groups of 3 or more passengers, booked at least 24h in advance, within a 2.5 km radius around 2/4 Square (Nha Trang) and 2 km around Da Lat Market. The driver picks up 45–90 minutes before departure. Outside these conditions: pickup/drop-off at fixed points — Nha Trang: Venti Coffee (86 To Huu), Tram Coffee (34 Bui Phung, VCN); Da Lat: An Tien Coffee (24 Pasteur).

Door-to-door pickup is a Door-to-door Transfer service that requires an extra +30,000₫/passenger at booking.
