1. After landing, proceed to the airport's international terminal.

2. Meet our staff holding a name board in the arrivals hall (staff will contact you before arrival).

3. Complete immigration procedures via the VIP service as guided by our staff.

4. Once you present yourself to the immigration officer on arrival, our staff will not be able to queue with you.

Departure guidance for HCMC / Phu Quoc (gather in the area between counters E and F — please see the illustration):

1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours (at least 1 hour 30 minutes for premium-package guests) before departure.

2. Please self check-in at the airline counter first, then message our staff on your way to counters E-F; our staff will come to meet you (we will arrive shortly, please wait). Staff will hold a name board (staff will contact you before arrival).

3. Please contact us before your Date of Use to confirm the meeting time. If you are running late, please notify us before you set off for the airport.

4. Once you present yourself to the immigration officer on departure, our staff will not be able to queue with you.
