CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — ENTRANCE TICKETS: 🔹 Cancelling more than 24 hours before the date of use 100% of the ticket value is refunded. 🔹 Within 24 hours of the date of use The ticket code has been issued and sent to you, so it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. 🔹 Tickets already used or expired No refund applies. 🔹 Refund processing time Refunded to the original payment method within 07 – 15 working days (depending on the bank).

✈️ Airport pick-up / drop-off policy: We track flight times so we can assist when a flight is delayed. Free waiting time: Domestic: 60 minutes. International: 90 minutes. Beyond the free waiting time, waiting fees apply as per our rules.

👶 Child policy Under 1 m: free of charge, eats and sleeps with the parents. From 1 m to 1.39 m: child rate — sleeps with the parents, with an own meal and an own entrance ticket. From 1.4 m: charged as an adult.

Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point. ⏰ 2. Pick-up time Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance. The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time. 📌 3. Pick-up point Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point. If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed. 🏁 4. Drop-off Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area. A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location. ⚠️ 5. Important notes Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable. Timings may change due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
