Which devices work with a Go365 eSIM?

How do I receive the eSIM?
A QR code is emailed to you within minutes of successful payment. Scan it from your phone's mobile-data settings to install the plan — no physical SIM and no shipping.
Can I cancel an eSIM order and get a refund?
Yes, if you cancel more than 24 hours before the date of use: 100% is refunded. Within 24 hours the QR code has already been issued, so the order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. eSIMs already activated or expired are not refundable.
What currency am I charged in?
All eSIM plans are charged in Vietnamese dong (VND) through 9pay or bank transfer. Foreign cards are converted automatically by the issuing bank.
