They contacted me before I even got on the bus, and a van picked me up from the hotel and took me to the bus stop, where I then boarded the bus. The bus interior was clean, and there was a restroom break halfway through the journey. The bus dropped me off directly in front of my next hotel. I was also able to connect to Wi-Fi on the bus, which was very convenient.

국내에서 예약하기 때문에 현지화폐를 사용하지 않아도 되며, 현지인들도 친절하게 잘 응대해 줬다. 다만 사전에 연락온 담당자에게 세부 호텔에 내려달라고 했을 때 알았다고 했으나, 당시에는 그냥 무이네 버스정류소에서 내리라고 했다. 따라서 사전에 주고받은 메세지는 별 효력이 없는 것 같다.

Everything worked out and was cheap, but: you couldn't choose your seat, I was in the middle at the top and the curtain kept opening when someone walked by. The bus's horn was extremely loud. The charging box for the cell phone and the screen also didn't work. Service via WhatsApp is great and the bus was on time. I would book again.

The bus was delayed by 2 hours due to repairs. I was caught off guard when they contacted me right before the pickup, and the arrival was very late. It took almost 5 hours. The bus stopped too much in between, and it was moving at a snail's pace.

this is the 3 in a row sleeper bus (ie there’s 2 aisles instead of 1 central aisle) . be aware of the difference as it’s a lot more cramped. u get what u pay for.

It was a really comfortable trip. I didn't get motion sickness, and it dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The car interior was pleasant, blankets were provided, and there were perfect amenities such as charging ports. I would definitely use it again if I have the chance. (I used the 16:00, 19-seater bus to Mui Ne)

One minor drawback: The bus service doesn't proactively contact you. I had the hotel call to reconfirm, as I was worried about potential issues. The bus is clean and comfortable. Plus, there are charging ports! For future trips to Vietnam, I'll definitely consider sleeper buses.

This is my go-to sleeper bus. I prefer the cabin buses if possible, but in Mui Ne, sleeper buses are the only option. When departing from Mui Ne, you can specify a resort in the resort area to be dropped off/picked up. However, when boarding in Mui Ne, it's not the starting point, so the time is very unpredictable. Especially on weekends, buses departing from Ho Chi Minh City can be delayed due to traffic jams. This time, the pickup was scheduled for 11:00 AM in front of the resort, but I couldn't get on until 1:00 PM. It's best to plan your schedule very generously. The picture was taken at a rest stop.

I took the shuttle bus from the Regalia Gold Hotel in Nha Trang city. I used that bus. It was the same driver with the belly from when I went to Mui Ne last February... haha. This bus service is very friendly and safe.

The bus company “Hanh Cafe” when pick up, the bus was late around 40minutes to pick up. when reach nha trang, drop off from main bus, it took me wait on the bus station with another 50minute. time is very precious during travel, it is a wasteful for just waiting. The WORST part is the last small van driver scold us after we infrom driver to drop up us near the hotel. the customer service is good, however bus company “Hanh Cafe” service is bad

Originally there was supposed to be hotel pick-up, but we were later notified to go to a designated location. The entire vehicle was divided into upper and lower berths, and arranged in three rows. My family members, being older, generally experience motion sickness. For me, I found it very novel and interesting. Because of the language barrier, I was constantly worried about not being able to reach our hotel in Mui Ne, but thankfully Klook's messaging app provided instant replies and easy communication.

Definitely download this app! After you provide your phone number on WhatsApp, someone will contact you personally and give you your ticket number. They'll arrange to pick you up right at your hotel (I was staying in Mui Ne). When filling out your information, you can enter your Nha Trang hotel as the drop-off location. Just show the driver your ticket information when you board, and they'll help you find your seat. The bus was very clean when I got on. I was on the upper level, and at 178cm (5'10"), I could stretch my legs out, but turning around was a bit tight. If you have a larger build, it might be a little uncomfortable. Also, the recliner is pretty soft, and I didn't get much lumbar support, so my back was a little sore after lying down. The aisle is very narrow, so if you turn to the side, you might feel like you're about to kiss someone's face as they walk by, haha. After about two hours, the bus will stop at a gas station for a bathroom break. Remember to bring tissues! Overall, it was a decent experience and a pretty unique way to travel.

Terrible experience to say the least. We were instructed to standby at the hotel lobby 30min before the scheduled time. No bus plate number and company name was provided until we asked. And guess what..the wrong bus plate number was provided and we almost boarded the wrong bus opposite to the directed we intended to go. The bus left without us, and they then allocated us another bus 3 hours later - I firmly rejected that and demanded for them to get a private hire to get us to the bus we were supposed to be on. When we transferred to a smaller bus for the hotel drop offs, everyone was dropped off at their hotels. However, we were dropped off 5 minutes walk away from our hotel with two big luggages. I don’t know why. Think twice before booking this, it truly ruined our experience.

They contacted me before the bus ride and even picked me up from the hotel. The driver was cool and outgoing, which made it fun. The sleeping bus had great AC, blankets, and water provided, so there were no discomforts! We stopped at a restroom in the middle, and since I told them which hotel I was getting off at beforehand, they let me know when we were getting close, so I wasn't worried.
