The wellness program travels through four regions, each offering a different form of care: Tai Chi with a martial arts master in Hà Nội, two nights on a Lan Hạ bay wellness cruise, a spiritual journey in Huế, kayaking in the countryside of Hội An, and finally relaxing at a riverside retreat in the western region.
Lan Hạ bay was chosen over Hạ Long because it is much less crowded with boats. The wellness cruise features morning yoga classes on the deck, a light and healthy menu, and a private spa area.
Three days in Đà Nẵng – Hội An are left completely free, allowing you to decide whether to rest or explore. This is a program for recovery, not for ticking off every sight.
