MY THO - FRUIT ORCHARD - BEN TRE 1-DAY TOUR

At exactly 07:00 AM, the vehicle and guide pick you up at the meeting point, then set off on a trip to My Tho – Ben Tre,

very fertile provinces of the Mekong Delta, following the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway.

Arriving in My Tho, you stop at the Mekong Restop station to rest and take photos freely.

Then you visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, built by Mr. and Mrs. Bui Cong Dat in the 19th century.

Vinh Trang Pagoda is an architectural and artistic monument ranked among the top of all pagoda styles in the Southern region.

The pagoda was built blending both European and Asian architecture.

Next, you go to My Tho Yacht Port, board a boat to cruise the Tien River and admire the four islets: Long, Lan, Quy, Phung.

The boat runs along the floating fish rafts so you can learn about the locals' river fish-farming and view the Rach Mieu Bridge.

Arriving at Thoi Son Islet (Unicorn Islet), you stroll along the village road, visit local homes and a fruit orchard of over 5,000 m², lush with fruit year-round. Take souvenir photos, then visit a honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-lime tea.

Next, you enjoy the melodies of the coconut land's amateur music (Don ca tai tu) and free fruit.

Then you take a rowing sampan winding into small canals, admiring the two natural rows of water coconuts and the simple orchard-country scenery.

Returning to the larger boat, cruising down the Tien River, the boat takes you to Ben Tre Province to visit a specialty Ben Tre coconut-candy workshop and a rice-paper workshop in Tan Thach commune.

You enjoy the fun experience of a countryside horse-cart ride, observing the daily life of the locals.

Then the group goes to VIET NHAT ECO RESTAURANT for lunch.

At the Viet Nhat eco restaurant there are:

Crocodile and porcupine farms, frog- and softshell-turtle-farming models, and more.

Hammocks for resting, and a visit to the fruit garden, coconut grove and rice field.
