CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 🔹 Cancelling 7 days or more before departure: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway fees, if any). 🔹 Cancelling 3 – 7 days before departure: 70% refund. 🔹 Cancelling within 24 – 72 hours: 50% refund. 🔹 Cancelling less than 24 hours before departure, or after the programme starts: no refund. Go365 VietNam processes refunds directly — funds are returned to the original payment method within 7 – 15 working days (subject to your bank's processing time).

Force majeure

FORCE MAJEURE 🌊 In cases of bad weather, disease outbreaks, government restrictions and other force majeure events, Go365 VietNam (or the operating partner) will notify you and offer a free date change or a refund in line with the operator's policy.
