Things to know before joining the squid fishing tour:
- Duration: Each tour lasts approximately 4 hours
- Location: at Nha Trang Bay – where hundreds of squid gather each night
- Preparation: Comfortable clothing, seasickness medicine
- Notes when participating in squid fishing: People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or asthma: Please prepare your own medication before joining the tour.
- Follow staff guidance: To ensure safety, you should comply with all staff instructions.
- Environmental protection: Don't litter, don't touch marine animals to protect the marine ecosystem.
- Capture memories: Don't forget to bring a camera or phone to capture memorable moments.

TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
🔹 Cancelling 48 hours or more before departure
100% of the ticket value is refunded.
🔹 Cancelling within 48 hours of departure
50% of the ticket value is refunded.
🔹 Cancelling within 24 hours of departure, or not showing up at the pick-up point
No refund applies.
🔹 Refund processing time
Refunds are expected to take 07 – 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

📍 1. Coverage
Applies to guests staying within the city centre area.
Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point.
⏰ 2. Pick-up time
Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance.
The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time.
📌 3. Pick-up point
Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point.
If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed.
🏁 4. Drop-off
Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area.
A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location.

Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable.
Timings may change due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

🔹 Đối với vé hỗ trợ hủy, Quý Khách vui lòng hủy vé trong vòng 24 giờ trước giờ khởi hành.
🔹 Nếu sau 24 giờ, vé không thể hủy, thay đổi hoặc hoàn tiền.

Không biết câu mực có tham gia được không?
Được. Thuyền viên hướng dẫn tận tay cách thả và giật cần, dụng cụ có sẵn trên thuyền nên bạn không cần mang gì hay có kinh nghiệm trước.
Chuyến đi kéo dài bao lâu và khởi hành lúc nào?
Thuyền rời bến vào cuối giờ chiều để kịp ngắm hoàng hôn rồi câu khi trời tối hẳn. Giờ đón cụ thể hiển thị khi bạn chọn ngày đi.
Nếu không câu được con mực nào thì sao?
Mực ăn đèn mạnh nhất vào đêm ít trăng và biển lặng; đêm trăng sáng hoặc sau gió lớn thì mực xuống sâu. Bữa tối trên thuyền vẫn được phục vụ đầy đủ.
Mực câu được có được ăn luôn không?
Có. Mực câu lên được làm ngay trên thuyền và dùng cùng bữa BBQ hải sản trong chuyến.
Trẻ nhỏ có đi được không?
Đi được nếu có người lớn kèm sát. Buổi tối trên biển gió lộng, thuyền lắc nhẹ khi neo và sàn có thể ẩm nên cần để mắt tới trẻ.
Nên mang theo gì?
Áo khoác mỏng chắn gió biển, dép chống trơn và thuốc say sóng nếu bạn dễ say. Cần câu và dụng cụ đã có sẵn trên thuyền.
