Fast Track Service — Cam Ranh, Noi Bai & Da Nang International Airports (CXR/HAH/DAD)

[ARRIVAL]

1. After landing, proceed to the international airport terminal.

2. Meet our staff holding a name board in the arrivals hall (staff will contact you before arrival).

3. Complete the immigration procedure via the VIP service as guided by our staff.

4. After you have been handed over to the immigration officer in the immigration area, our staff are no longer permitted to enter that line.

[DEPARTURE]

Departure guidance in NHA TRANG (meeting point in front of the departure inspection area — please see the photo).

1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.

2. Guests self check-in at the airport first and message us on the way to the departure procedures area. Our staff will be there shortly to greet you (we will arrive quickly, please wait). Our staff will hold a “Round Plus” name board.

3. Guests must contact us before the date of use to confirm the meeting time. If a guest arrives late or early, they must notify us before heading to the airport.

4. After you have been handed over to the departure control officer, our staff are no longer permitted to enter that line.
