It depends on the tour type. Day tours refund 100% if cancelled 48 hours or more before departure, 50% between 24–48 hours, and nothing within 24 hours. Multi-day tours refund 100% at 7 days or more, 70% at 3–7 days and 50% at 24–72 hours. International outbound tours are stricter: at most 70%, and nothing within 10 days. A booking code plus a PDF voucher with a QR code, sent to your email and Zalo. Show the QR code on the day of the tour.
