Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM / Add Cellular Plan.

Scan the Go365 QR code sent via email/Zalo. Wait a few seconds for the system to install.

Name Your eSIM
Name your eSIM (e.g., "Thailand Trip"), choose to use for Data only or both Voice/SMS.

What is eSIM? How is it different from a regular SIM?
eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone with no physical card needed. Scan the QR code and you're ready to go — no registration, no fear of losing it.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from XS / XR (2018) and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20+ and newer support eSIM. Check the complete list in the "Compatible Devices" section.
Does eSIM have a phone number?
No. Travel eSIM provides data internet only, NO calling/SMS number. You can still use your Vietnam SIM to receive OTP and call via Zalo/Messenger over data.
Can I share internet (hotspot) with other devices?
Yes. Go365 eSIM allows unlimited hotspot sharing — you can share data with your laptop, tablet, travel companions, no problem.
How far in advance can I buy eSIM?
Anytime before your trip. We recommend buying 1-2 days before to set it up in advance (eSIM is counted only when you scan QR / activate for the first time, not from purchase date).
When will I receive the QR code?
Within 15-30 minutes after payment (business hours 7am-10pm). After 10pm: sent the next morning.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install (scan QR) right after receiving the code, BUT TURN OFF the eSIM. When your plane lands abroad → turn eSIM on and you'll have instant internet.
Can I use Zalo / WhatsApp / Messenger?
Absolutely. Go365 eSIM doesn't block any apps — Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Google Maps... all work normally.
What if I run out of data?
You can purchase additional data top-up packages in the app, or order a new eSIM. For details, contact Go365 on Zalo.
What if I activate it but don't leave for abroad yet?
Usage time is counted from when you scan QR / activate for the first time. So you should NOT activate earlier than your departure date (just install it).

Refund Policy
100% refund if you haven't scanned QR / installed eSIM yet. eSIM already activated: no refund support as the package has been allocated by the carrier.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — eSIM:
🔹 Cancelling more than 24 hours before the date of use
100% of the order value is refunded.
🔹 Within 24 hours of the date of use
The eSIM code has been issued and sent to you, so it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
🔹 eSIMs already activated or expired
No refund applies.
🔹 Refund processing time
Refunded to the original payment method within 07 – 15 working days (depending on the bank).

📱 Supported devices
Your phone must support eSIM: iPhone XS or later, Google Pixel 3 or later, Samsung S20 or later and equivalent models.
📩 Receiving the QR code
The eSIM QR code is sent by email once your order is activated. You can also look it up again using your order code.
⚙️ Installation
Go to your phone Settings → add eSIM → scan the Go365 VietNam QR code you received.
✈️ On arrival
Turn on data roaming and you are ready to go.
