Unacceptable. The trip was originally scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. They sent us a message saying that, due to traffic, we would be leaving at 7:30 AM and needed to be there half an hour beforehand. We arrived at 7:00 AM, yet we didn't leave until 8:05 AM. Also, it initially stated "free cancellation," but after we booked, it claimed the booking was non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Just so you know, first ones in the van go directly to the back seats. There is some kind of oak cup holder tray or oak design on the back of all the seats but because of it, the rear seats have significantly less leg room that the other seats. We selected this van because my husband is 6feet tall and we wanted to ensure he had enough leg room for the journey. We were person 3 and 4 in the van so technically only one of us should have sat at the very back, but the driver told us both to sit in the back. We tried but when we realized his knees pressed too much against the seats in front of us, we tried to show the driver he was too big. The driver demanded we sit in those seats. Im 5'7 and my knees were pressed against the seat as well. But I could sway my legs and make it work. The driver called someone and was talking rudely about us saying we were causing trouble. We weren't, just trying to explain. (We had our Google translate on the entire time he was on the phone). We ended up switching seats and my husband sat in the center seat on the back row and I just shifted my legs to make it work. The two ladies that got on first were significantly shorter than us and just common sense would have been better placement. The drive itself was fine and he did great as far as safety. It also was a bit warm in the van most the ride. Im not sure id book this particular company again though. The picture shows my legs pressed against the wood design and my husband beside me who is MUCH taller than me. Had we not had to take a flight out of Nha Tran that evening, we would have gotten out the van and paid for a private shuttle.

Waiting area was dirty, only two chairs, no aircon, no water, being supervised by a small boy.Driver was rude and pushed me out of the way at one point!! When we got to Nha Trang the driver banged on frames of pods, shouted at us so we all got left dazed at the roadside not knowing for sure where we were. I complained to bus company and had no response. I do not recommend.

Driver was on time and good. However, the booking system was not good. I booked a specific pick-up point on the Go365 website, as it was next to our hotel. On the evening before the journey, I received a text that the pickup point is 5km away, a completely different one than what I booked. This meant we had to leave earlier and pay for a taxi to a new pickup point. When I questioned it, this was the response: "Due to a system error, that pickup point hasn't been updated yet." It is really upsetting when your journey doesn't go as planned and you only find it out the night before at 10pm! Poor service.
