The bus company staff contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm we would make it to the bus, and they even offered to call a Grab for us, which was very thoughtful. The bus station staff spoke English, so checking in was smooth. I recommend sleeping on the top bunk; although it's a bit bumpier, the bottom bunk is directly at eye level with the aisle, which I personally would find bothersome.

The vehicle was very clean, and the restroom was exceptionally hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent. Onboard, there were pillows, cups, water, wet wipes, and snacks, and even a small night light, making it very comfortable.

This was probably the best experience card I've had in Vietnam, and the service was excellent. I communicated everything through the app, and they changed my parking spot time, arranged my seat in advance, and there was even a staff member on-site who spoke Chinese. I was genuinely surprised and very impressed.

Although this wasn’t my first choice since the bed isn’t very big, it was still okay for my size 😅
But I really enjoyed the journey from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City by bus — many stops, beautiful views, and the driver was very careful and helpful.

The price is reasonable, and the hotel pick-up and drop-off is great. The only downside is that the foreigners' feet 🦶 are very smelly. That's why I'm not giving a good review.

The price is cheap, but the service is mediocre. The bed is quite narrow, and if you tend to get dizzy on long trips, I strongly advise against choosing the upper bed since it constantly shakes throughout the journey. There is also no toilet on board, so you’ll have to wait until the next stop, which can take hours. On top of that, the trip took much longer than expected because the driver kept making unnecessary stops (e.g., buying drinks or snacks). What was supposed to be a 5–6 hour journey ended up taking nearly 8 hours.

So I booked iHome and not Nam Hai, I believed I paid more on the expectation iHome has better bus. I was contacted via WA by iHome, the communication was efficient, they even arranged a pickup from hotel to the sleeper bus boarding location which was thoughtful. Howver, at the scheduled time, we boarded a Nam Hai bus, it’s not new albeit generally considered clean, it’s kinda of tiny though as compared to the bus I took from Saigon to Dalat. I doubt you will ever likely to get comfortable if you’re 75kg and above. if you had to take this , I’d recommend take the middle row bottom seat, there are 3 rows altogether. The middle allows you to have “freedom of movement” on the left and right. The upper deck has slightly lower headroom. The bus has USB charging, so bring along your cables.

There weren't many delays! It was a safe and comfortable trip~ The staff was also friendly, and the seat was comfortable! I was a woman traveling alone, and it was fine. There's an outlet, but it didn't seem to work. Still, good good!

The company's facilities themselves were good. However, we arrived much earlier than the scheduled operating time, which messed up our schedule, and it wasn't the specified destination. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the scheduled arrival time and were dropped off in the middle of a road next to the sea in the dark dawn. The previous day, there was heavy rain in Nha Trang, and there were flooded sections, but the driver skillfully managed to navigate through them. (If you're going to use it anyway, I recommend the second floor. The first floor had a lot of shaking, making it difficult to sleep.)

I booked a sleeping bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. A day after booking, I received a KakaoTalk message from the local company confirming the booking. On the day of the reservation, I exchanged messages on KakaoTalk about the pick-up location and time. Actually, they said they would come 30 minutes earlier than the original pick-up time, which messed up my schedule a bit. I recommend giving yourself about 30 minutes of leeway! Anyway, I was waiting at the pick-up location, and then another problem arose. They said they had a flat tire and would call a taxi. I was worried it might be a scam or something strange, but I arrived safely at the local bus station by taxi. (After arriving, the taxi driver asked us for money, but when I told them on KakaoTalk that we had arrived and they were asking us to pay, someone from the office came out and paid! Never pay, the company is supposed to pay! Actually, there's no problem if you take the pick-up vehicle from the start...) + The road to the local bus station was very scary, and I crossed a bridge and thought I was being sold somewhere... lol. Anyway, I think they handled the situation well. Then, when you go to the office, they check the name of the person who made the reservation and give you a ticket? It's funny because they don't check the reservation voucher here. The driver loaded all the luggage for me. I think Vietnamese people are generally friendly. I showed the ticket to the driver at the departure time and boarded the bus! You have to take off your shoes when boarding and there is a bag provided to put your shoes in! The space where you can lie down is wider and cleaner than I thought, so I was satisfied! We also stopped at a rest area in the middle, but I recommend going to the bathroom before boarding. I took the 10 PM bus and it took 7-8 hours to get to Ho Chi Minh City. I was quite satisfied and didn't have any major inconveniences. I would use it again next time I go from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang!

Arrived back in Ho Chi Minh City earlier than expected. The vehicle was clean and odor-free. However, we booked three single seats but were switched to a double seat. Hopefully, next time we can be notified in advance with a clear explanation!

Great experience but I don't like the Grab bikers won't let me pay as per card. The bikers just grab the money from my hands. However the Nam Hai Limousine was great. The driver is safe driver. The staff are nice.

I was anxious about taking my first sleeper bus in Vietnam, but I was greatly relieved to receive communication in English via Zalo and phone regarding the meeting location and time on the day of departure. In my case, the meeting point was a coffee shop in District 1 at 9:15 PM, followed by a shuttle bus transfer to another bus station where I boarded the sleeper bus, which departed at 10:30 PM. I didn't understand this process at first and panicked, thinking I had gotten on the wrong bus! However, I was able to relax thanks to the detailed explanations and support I received on Zalo. Thank you for your assistance despite the late hour. (The transfer bus stop is surprisingly far.) The sleeper bus was clean, and a bottle of water was provided. There were two drivers. There was also a toilet break at a service area along the way. The ride was quite bumpy, but that's to be expected with a bus. I took a break at the coffee shop at the arrival point, and the staff there were very friendly. Overall, it was an experience that exceeded the price. Thank you!

Got picked up from my hotel in a Limousine shuttle and dropped off at a secondary location for the bus. I was seated in the middle (not the best location) but I needed to make it back to HCM so it works. Went at 22.06 and reached HCM at 04.30.

When I went to Nha Trang, I took the 300,000 VND one, but the seats didn't recline, there were no curtains, and it was just plain uncomfortable. I recommend paying the extra 200,000 VND to take this one. However, finding the initial pick-up point is a bit difficult. It's in a dark alley corner. But the staff is friendly and will tell you via WhatsApp, so follow that. Overall, I recommend it.

I had a reasonably comfortable and relaxing trip. There are two coffee shops, so you can sit at either one and keep an eye out for your bus. While waiting, you'll see about ten similar buses stopping along the road.

After booking this trip, I immediately received a mesaage thru Whatsapp so thank you for being proactive. We were offered to get an upgrade bus and we took it however we were seated at the last seat A12 and C12 on the bus and it was not great since the bus gets shaky throughout the trip. However the experience is good and we would still recommend it to everyone.

호치민 1군에 내리는것으로 쓰여있으나 더이상 버스가 못들어간다며 새벽 4시에 호치민에서 40분떨어진 허허벌판 외곽에서 승합차로 갈아타라고 함. 아무런 정보도 미리 전달 받지 못함. 미쳤다고 갈아타나요. 만약 진짜 버스 출입이 제한된 구역이라고 하더라도 깜깜한 새벽에 아무 고지 없이 승합차로 갈아타라는건 말도 안되는 일이라고 생각합니다. 매우 위험해 보입니다. 이용하지 마세요.

The photos shown are seriously inaccurate. There's no toilet or charging outlets in the vehicle. It stops for excessively long periods (and when it's parked, the lack of air conditioning makes it unbearably hot). Also, the price is different.
