달랏 이동 방법이 있다면 무조건 다른 편을 이용하세요. 역대 최악의 경험이었습니다. 남편과 함께 럭셔리 좌석으로 왕복(나트랑→달랏 12시, 달랏→나트랑 익일 17시)을 예약했습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리면 서비스, 위생, 응대 태도 모두 최악이었습니다.!!! 출발 당일 오전 10시(출발 2시간 전)에야 예약 확정 내역을 보내주더니, 11시경 설명도 없이 보이스톡을 계속 걸어왔습니다. 카톡으로 예약 확인을 하니 갑자기 호텔 위치를 묻고 11시 30분에 원래 픽업장소가 아닌 호텔앞에서 픽업하겠다고 했습니다. 하지만 픽업 차량은 12시 20분이 다 되어서야 도착했습니다. 12시 출발 차표인데 제시간은커녕 20분을 넘어서 왔고 이럴거면 왜 11시 반에 나오라고 쳐 연락을 한건지 모르겠네요. 그리고 ㅋㅋㅋ ‘럭셔리’라는 이름이 무색한 차량 컨디션이었습니다. 좌석마다 비치된 생수병 바닥에는 끈적거리는 이물질이 눌어붙어 있었고, 뚜껑을 여니 퀴퀴한 악취가 진동해 도저히 마실 수 없었습니다. 몇몇 좌석은 등받이 조절과 발받침까지 고장 난 상태였습니다. 대체 얼마나 방치한건지 ㅋ 게다가 2인을 함께 결제했는데 자리를 2번과 7번으로 완전히 찢어놓았습니다. 이에 대해 문의하니 "미리 붙여달라고 말을 안 한 고객 탓"이라며 당당하게 굴더군요. 2명을 동시 예약하면 당연히 연석 배정이 기본이거나, 사전 요청이 필요하다면 안내 문구가 있어야 마땅한 것 아닙니까? 심지어 빈자리가 많아 옮겨 앉겠다고 하니 '예약된 자리'라며 노발대발 거절하더라고요ㅋㅋㅋ근데 운행 내내 몇명 타지도 않았고 다 따로 앉길래 결국 그냥 옮겨 앉았습니다. 그리고 차량 내부에 부착된 정가를 확인해보니 마이리얼트립을 통해 현지 가격보다 1.6배나 더 비싸게 판매하고 있었습니다. 비용을 더 지불한 만큼의 편의는커녕 기본적인 사과 한마디 없이 "어쩌라고" 식의 불친절한 태도로 일관했습니다. 기분 좋게 떠난 여행을 시작부터 망치고 싶지 않다면 이 업체는 반드시 피하시길 바랍니다^^ 진짜 웬만하면 리뷰잘안쓰는데 개 최악최악 이네요 ^^ 베트남은 고객응대 진짜 레전드네요^^ 돌아오는 차량은 진짜 괜찮았고 좌석도 럭셔리같았으나 기사가 존나게 싸가지가 없섰습니다^^ 담배뻑뻑펴대고 ^^

7인승버스였는데, 우리 둘밖에 없어 취소된다고 전날밤 늦게 연락이 왔습니다. 다음날 아침 9시반 출발이었는데. 마이리얼투어서는 해줄수 있는게 없다고 하고, 현지 업체는 다른 버스 알아봐준다고는 했지만 빨리 배차되지 않았습니다. 결국 돈 더 내고 프라이빗 택시로 바꾸겠다고하니 배차가 바로 되더군요. 처음부터 택시로 예약한것 대비 더 싸게 이동은 했지만, 조마조마해서 불편했습니다. 이런 점은 대책을 만들어서 예약 손님들이 불편하게 만들지 않았으면 합니다.

It's best to visit Da Lat for two days. Water will be provided, but be prepared for potential motion sickness. There will be one restroom stop along the way. Also, at the coffee shop at the meeting point, they might offer you something free if you're in a good mood :) Please arrive 15 minutes early at the meeting point. Being late is strictly forbidden; if you're even a minute late, they will leave without you. Everything is very strict! Da Lat is a large city, so get around using a taxi, for example, via the Grab app.

I booked through Klook in Nha Trang and traveled to Da Lat by ihome limousine. It was an 11-seater, but only 7 of us were on board. When I arrived at the pickup location in front of the Venti coffee shop, the driver showed me his phone to confirm my name. Once confirmed, he gestured for me to go into the coffee shop, haha. I ordered a coffee and sat at a table outside, having a cigarette. We were scheduled to depart at 11:45 AM, but we left around 11:15 AM. The driving was okay, haha. On a curved road, the driver overtook the car in front, and the big Russian guy sitting next to him grabbed the handle in fear, haha. The journey took a little over 3 and a half hours. After a 20-minute break at a rest stop, we continued. From the terminal to my accommodation in the city center, I took a Grab. Anyway, it was a comfortable trip.

We were wondering how to get around for a trip of three people, and decided to spend a bit more for a comfortable experience. When it was almost time for our reservation, we got bored waiting at the hotel, which was our meeting point, so we decided to relax at a nearby cafe. We asked if they could pick us up there, and they immediately agreed. We were very pleased when a clean Vietnamese electric car arrived. The driver was a young man who drove very smoothly and comfortably the whole way, and he was excellent at overtaking when needed. It was wonderful. Highly recommended!

The AC can be manually regulated. If you’re up to 180 cm you can still fit in full length without a big problem in the “bed” for you. They have everything there what you need: water, pillow, blanket, light; even a tv (which I didn’t use cause I wanted to sleep). Your space can be made dark. One problem: you will sweat on the pleather / synthetic leather. Maybe it would be better with long pants. They will wake u up some minutes before your arrival.

For the same price, I was assigned seats that were two rows apart, and there was only a seatbelt buckle, so I couldn't fasten my seatbelt. Furthermore, the bus didn't even stop at a rest area, so I couldn't use the restroom. I never want to use this service again.

Unacceptable. The trip was originally scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. They sent us a message saying that, due to traffic, we would be leaving at 7:30 AM and needed to be there half an hour beforehand. We arrived at 7:00 AM, yet we didn't leave until 8:05 AM. Also, it initially stated "free cancellation," but after we booked, it claimed the booking was non-cancellable and non-refundable.

My trip to Da Lat had its ups and downs. The good part was that the staff at Macaron Hotel were incredibly kind. It was also conveniently located near the night market. The worst part was that I had booked a sunrise tour, and although I received an email the day before saying a driver would pick me up at the hotel, the driver went to the wrong location, so I couldn't go on the tour. I wonder if I'll get my money back? More than that, I want my time back. I've been trying to contact them, but there's been no response. Did they just disappear? Even worse was the driver from Da Lat to Nha Trang. I was made to sit in the passenger seat, and I felt like my life was in danger. Even though the road had many uphill, downhill, and winding sections, he would always overtake the car in front of him as soon as he caught up. It was definitely aggressive driving. At a gas station along the way, he was smoking near the pump. Is that a cultural thing? After that, he washed the car. Did he really need to do that right then? When I said I was cold, he turned the temperature down even further. Everyone, please be careful when you visit Da Lat.
