### Cancellation & refund — thresholds depend on product category

There is **no single refund rule** covering all Go365 products. Seven policy groups apply
(`SystemSettings.policy_groups_json` is the source of truth; `ProductPolicyResolver.CategoryKey`
picks the group from the product's category and type). Do not quote one universal threshold.

**Outbound tours are the strictest group and the easiest to get wrong.** They cover tours that
include international flights and a group visa (currently 59 products, all to China). Their days are
counted in **working days**, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Even a cancellation
20 days ahead only returns 70% — never describe them using the multi-day tour thresholds.

Refund processing takes **7–14 working days** for day tours and transport and **7–15 working days**
for the other groups (excluding weekends and public holidays), returned to the original payment
method. **The 9pay payment surcharge (3.5% + 5,500 VND) already collected is not refunded**, per
9pay's own terms. Refund requests are handled via the [Contact](https://go365.vn/contact) page or the hotline.

### Privacy
PII (name, email, phone, date of birth) is stored on Vietnam-hosted infrastructure. Used only for booking fulfillment and (with opt-in) marketing. Not sold or shared with third parties beyond the operator delivering the specific service.

### Pricing integrity
Listed price includes all standard taxes and operator fees. Optional add-ons (insurance, pickup, meals) priced separately and shown before checkout.

Points are earned at 1 point per 10,000 VND spent (× tier multiplier). 1 point redeems for 100 VND of booking credit. Points expire after 12 months; a maximum of 10% of any single booking can be paid with points. Cashback is delayed — credited after the tour completes, to prevent abuse.

### Customer referral
Each customer gets a unique referral link (Account → "Mời bạn nhận quà"). When a friend books via the link:

- **Referrer** earns a **12% commission on the gross margin** of every order that friend places, for **12 months** from the friend's sign-up date. Commission is credited to the points wallet (1 point = 100 VND) and becomes usable after 7 days.
- **Friend** gets **5% off their first order × the referrer's tier multiplier** (Member 1 · Silver 1.5 · Gold 1.75 · Diamond 2), capped at 50,000 / 70,000 / 100,000 / 150,000 VND by tier. Credited immediately to the points wallet; applies to orders of 200,000 VND or more.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding reward is clawed back.

**Q: Is Go365 a safe platform to book Vietnam tours?**
A: Yes. Go365 is operated by Nhà Sài Nha Trang Tourism Co., Ltd (NSNT), holder of International Tour Operator License No. 56-1413/2025 issued by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, Tax ID 4201982233. Bookings are confirmed with a PDF voucher and QR code, and payment runs through 9pay, a licensed Vietnamese payment gateway.

**Q: Do I need a deposit, or do I pay in full?**
A: Most day tours, tickets and transport require full payment at booking. Multi-day tours and DMC packages may use a deposit + balance schedule — shown clearly on each product page.

**Q: I booked an international tour to China. What if I cancel?**
A: Outbound tours include international flights and a group visa, so the operator's penalties are steep and Go365 passes them through unchanged: cancelling 20 or more working days before departure returns 70%, 15–20 days returns 50%, 10–15 days returns 30%, and within 10 days nothing is refunded. Arriving too late to depart, or skipping services during the trip, is also non-refundable.
