Unacceptable. The trip was originally scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. They sent us a message saying that, due to traffic, we would be leaving at 7:30 AM and needed to be there half an hour beforehand. We arrived at 7:00 AM, yet we didn't leave until 8:05 AM. Also, it initially stated "free cancellation," but after we booked, it claimed the booking was non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Had a great time in Nha Trang. The guide was friendly, the food was okay and the places we visited were beautiful. Would come back again!
